The question...
It was one of those days when nothing can go wrong. The sun was up and shinning, and after enjoying a wonderful meal, Mariel and I took cover under the shadow of an old downtown house.
And so we spent a whole afternoon like that, just talking and sharing… I love those kind of dates not only ‘coz of the economical advantages but also ‘coz it really helps you to get to know a person. It’s interesting when, after being together for six months, she can still make me feel like in our first date: happy, nervous, expectant…
We spent a lot of time just talking and tossing questions, in kind of a “true or dare” game. It seemed like a good idea.
“Victor, are you a virgin?”
… Oh my God! Oh my God!!! I should have see this coming! What to say??? Say something smooth, say something smooth!
“Errrrr… what”
… yes, nice one you smooth talker.
“Yes, are you a virgin?”
… Damn… she won’t let go.
“Errr… what?”
And so on, and so on… hehehehe… after a couple of minutes I had to answer; besides by that point, she’d probably know the answer.
“No I am not”
.

.
.
It wasn’t as bad as I’ve expected it, and I am glad to be able to get that out of my system. Sigh.

Well.. you should have taken it easier.. it might feel strange and you could have felt "embarrased".. but after all, there's nothing to be embarassed about..
